Fresh Ingredients
Locally sourced where possible; locally smoked Loch Duart salmon, Grants of Speyside black pudding and haggis, Nairnshire pork, Great Glen Chacutrie. Many ingredients also imported directly from Italy ; San Marzano tomatoes, caputo pizza flour, fior de latte mozzarella, salamis and cured meats, olive oil.
Our dough is homemade every day- slowly fermented in the fridge for 48hrs to develop flavour and texture
Dairy Free
All the cheese on our pizza can be replaced with MozzaRisella, a plant based Mozzarella style cheese. Just write in the comments box when ordering.
Gluten Free
As flour is the main ingredient in our pizza, we cannot offer gluten free alternatives. Our kitchen is a high gluten environment and the base of our oven is in constant contact with flour.
Vegan Menu
We are able to offer a plant based mozzarella style cheesewhich when baked in our oven gives an almost mozzarella taste and texture. We can also replace the cheese on any of our pizza (except Tartiflette) to suit dairy allergies or intolerances
