Fresh Ingredients

Locally sourced where possible; locally smoked Loch Duart salmon, Grants of Speyside black pudding and haggis, Nairnshire pork, Great Glen Chacutrie.  Many ingredients also imported directly from Italy ; San Marzano tomatoes, caputo pizza flour, fior de latte mozzarella, salamis and cured meats, olive oil.

Our dough is homemade every day- slowly fermented in the fridge for 48hrs to develop flavour and texture

Dairy Free

All the cheese on our pizza can be replaced with MozzaRisella, a plant based Mozzarella style cheese. Just write in the comments box when ordering.

Gluten Free

As flour is the main ingredient in our pizza, we cannot offer gluten free alternatives.  Our kitchen is a high gluten environment and the base of our oven is in constant contact with flour.

Vegan Menu

We are able to offer a plant based mozzarella style cheesewhich when baked in our oven gives an almost mozzarella taste and texture. We can also replace the cheese on any of our pizza (except Tartiflette) to suit dairy allergies or intolerances

Wow! Thanks guys, amazing pizza. I cook on a wood pellet Uuni (yes, one of the very first ones!) and love it when I find someone else making amazing pizza.

We are just visiting from The Scottish Borders, but will definitely be back for some more of your food!

Tried my 1st pizza from Anderson’s last night and can confirm it’s epic authentic and delicious. Trust me I’ll know as i've lived in Italy for over a year and make my own when i've got the time. These are good!! 🍕

I might just of had the best pizza I’ve ever had. I opted for the ‘Black Pig’, pulled pork, black pudding and mushroom and my wife had the ‘Feshie’, hot smoked salmon, summer herb pesto and rocket.

An absolute must visit eatery if you’re visiting anywhere in the Cairngorm National Park 👏
